yup, Ampitheatre in Chicago, middle of the track about 6 rows up. not only the sound, you could feel them pounding in your chest and a blast in your face as they went by.
YouTube is full of amazing (loud) engines starting. I'd like the Ford WWII tank engine and the ram jet (?) engines that used to be on U-control speed planes...jest to make noise and annoy the neighbors.
I "think" they are supposed to wear so the dist. gear on the cam is not damaged. Do they make a "non-metallic" gear? Did Comp have those for certain applications. Sorry if I'm speaking before researching, just off the top of my bald head.
sorry to hear the rift that may cause but after awhile, you would think some people might start taking responsibility for things? But then again, I clean a church and people have no respect for others peoples property...then again, maybe they treat it like their own?
