They look like 73-74 B-body buckets to me.

You will need to use panels from a 73 up Duster or Dart. The door handle location changed in 73.

I'm pretty sure 67-76 will interchange, but the hardtops are specific to themselves and the post coupe and four door should interchange with each other.

I would not use the lower pads on your 67 Barracuda. The top pad will interchange though, or you cold offer up to trade the whole set for the correct pad for your 67. The 67's are tough to find. I might even have a 67 pad here somewhere now that I think about it.

The 68 was the only year to use the bottom set of pads. Your 67 top pad has a different grain and shape than a 68 and later pad, but they will interchange from 67 to 76. The 67 pad has sort of a ridge in the middle of the pad running lengthwise.

Your 72 Scamp should have come with a cardboard headliner so you may have had extra interior trim around the rear window and sail panels. if you are installing a cloth headliner, this should cover the hole b pillar area and no other trim is used. You will need the coat hooks and four seatbelt...

Has anyone ever seen the three spoked wheel on a 1970 Dart?? I haven't, but have seen many on the 1971 Darts. The rimblo wheel that two of my 1970 Darts have had were the plush two spoke wheels, just like the ones used in Imperials. I used to honk the horn parking and driving around corners fast.

The rear defogger (fan blower) was the only available until 74 when the electric defrost came out. I think they did away with the fan at that point. The electric version was probably cheaper to produce.

Yeah, the windshield gasket...If it's ever had new glass installed, it could be thinner than the original glass and allow water to enter around the glass. Seen it happen more than once.

I'd try replacing the wiper pivot seals anyway. The master cylinder probably has rust around it from the fluid leaking and eating away the paint, hence allowing the area to rust. I'd also check the cowl area for a blockage in the drain holes. If you get a lot of crap in there water will build up...
