    I spoked last night with Offenhauser who will give it a try to get more input. Found a story in a motor magazine about a Dart Charger 273 built by the owner for drag racing. That decal on the front fender, could that Racer brown camshaft been added by Offenhauser.......? We'll see next week.

    Front of the instrument panel ready. Next the backside. I found the cover lock for the fuse box. But is there a cover lock for the push bottom mecanism?

    Today the taxi is back in former glory. Had it through the state inspection and no comments. -That's a cab I remember from when I was young, said the inspector. Dad had one of those when I was a kid. Talk about a coincidence!!

    Today I bought a bunch of NOS early A-body stuff. I found the upper and lower trunk mouldings as well as one complete taillight assy. One turn signal assy and one headlight bezel. There were even some NOS Valiant stuff I have to go through. I just wish I could find this rear black resonator!

    Yesterday I restored the power steering pump and painted it. Mounting it was easy but the power steering pressure hose was different then 1965. I did an extra loop and I cleared the K-frame and inner fender.

    Yesterday I brought the engine in to the shop. Completly rebuilt. Added the exhaust manifolds incl the gaskets. Plus the small brackets on the drivers side. Started with the 2K red and it turned out great. Today I started with the small odds and ends.
