got a little done today , after my on call at work , trunk divider has new carpet an speakers installed , might get carpet installed in floor tomorrow ,

I enjoy the work , as I am getting almost to old to do this much lol , but I like the 72 models as well and hope to get running soon

Windshield is in , so all glass is installed

hope to hear it soon myself if I can do a few things more to get to that point , so many little things still to do and I move from one task to another an back and get side tracked doing things , I work full time an this is a big project , but when it fires up I will be recording it

a pillars are dyed black now and got cluster installed

Got the rear glass installed today , did it alone and wiped me out for the day lol . still need to install the locking bead but did not have the energy today , may have to have help on the front windshield , we will see but all other glass is in an new

The gasket is new and flexibly and will be warm when I do the job

I have seen some decent videos on installing the front windshield , but on the back glass not so much , would you recommend using butyl in the gasket and put on frame and then install glass , or no butyl ,,or would you use the rope method no butyl in gasket until after install ?

They shipped quickly , around a week if I remember, , I am trying to restore the A/C in mine as well and nothing is original on my project so why worry about date coded glass
