Doesn't using this portion of the tool (circled below) to level it render any wheel rotation irrelevant? I have one like this, well I used to at least (a buddy's had it for a while now). When taking left and right measurements, you level the gauge for both first. Any wheel rotation is negated by...

Yep. I was very polite and just had a couple questions on his products. Needless to say, he missed out on that sale. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but his customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Seems like the trim pieces could be straightened out. Could you send them back to him an have them repaired? I'd maybe call him and try to reason with him. How were they shipped to him to begin with? Did you take any photos?

It's good see him on the mend but really shitty he's in the position he's in because of illness. Did he not have health insurance through working for MT or BJ? I guess it's irrelevant at this point, but it sure sucks seeing him liquidating everything just to pay medical bills.
