Wow, that car is a dead ringer for the 65 Dart 270 4 dr that my parents bought new! I was 9 at the time... It was their first a body Dodge - the first of 3 and Dad sure was pissed when they stopped making them at the end of the 76 model year. The second one is the Dart in my avatar.

There is only one size of small bolt pattern rallye wheel. The pictures that you sent match with these from my 1970 Dart. Pics of two different front wheels:

I would go back to SSBC and ask them to provide correct 7/16 studs for their product. Mine came with both sets of lugs but that was almost 20 years ago. If you get studs that weren't provided and they screw up the hubs it will be on you instead of SSBC. I presume the studs they supplied are...

They are definitely Mopar trim rings. I'll take some pics of rings on wheels to day so you can compare

Been running a B&M Star shifter in my Dart for 40+ years. Regular shift pattern for day to day driving plus a ratchet shifter for those "special occasions"

I used their full car trailer behind their biggest box truck in 2001 to bring my Dart from Virginia to Washington state. One suggestion. There were two attempts to steal the car out of 3 nights on the road. One night they tried to steal the whole trailer with the car on it, 2 nights later...

NAPA has a "classic" line of wipers that look like the originals and then you can use their refills.

take out the current gear and count the teeth (may be printed in little circles on the flat of the plastic gear). Buy a gear with 25% more teeth...
