I also watched birdsong I checked both sides ten times and made changes as i went with repeatable results I persinally dont think in this instance the brakes matter but for ***** and giggs ill re do it with brakes locked. In the mean time ill focus my attention on the lower arm maybe being bent...

Lock the brakes? I did not. How would This effecti t tho? To give me +1.5 driver side caster and - 3 pass side caster. Afaik. The tool use by the shops is to lock the wheel im the center position..but i could be wrong abouth that… maybe k frame is tilted ill try that

So just got my new longacre caster /camber gauge.. prior to this I was using a level and just setting uca for most caster . I checked side to side and at 0.5 negative camber both sides.. and 1/8 toe in.. I have +1. 5 caster on driver and negative 3 degrees caster on pass side. Idk how this is...

When i mash it. It will burn the rubber off my one wheel 2:73 open diff. However i know a corolla would suck the headlights out of my stock 318. So driveability is my utmost concern.

After just cleaning/oiling and putting small amount more tension on primary spring im happy with it. Stock springs. 10 deg initial. Runs smooth and tight. Idles 600. I moved the shooter back to the middle hole on eddy avs.

I put it back to stock springs

One more thing. Is there trick to get the cotter pin out of the limiter? Or just fight it woth needle nose?

Threw pump at it.. fixed…(almost) . Put edelbrock shooter in bottom hole.. I know i have to map the curve which i will do. But i wanna pound on it as is for a bit..

so i swapped out the heavy sping for a medium spring. I got the thing to idle at 550 and super smooth.. runs way better mid range except there is now a nasty hole at roll in. As soon as i pumch it off idle it bogs bad! More pump or more initial? Im running edelbrock and i think im on the highest...

Another questin for the distr gods.. my magnetic pickup strip is not protruding out from the rubber housing box it lives in.(see pic) its flush. Is that in need of replacement or call it good. Ive seen photos of others where the metal strip pokes out a few thou.. im just trying to science it out...
