Salvage yard with 2 65 Darts

I saw that car, in person, this morning. It's in worse shape that i anticipated. A pile of S#*t All smashed in everywhere. Slant 6, push button automatic, wimpy 9 inch drum brakes. This Dart no longer shows up on the inventory listing, so it's been pulled from the yard, on it's way to be...

Junk Cars? PickNPull, why you got to be so cruel?

Yep, that was me, that got the brakes at the Chico, Pick-N-pull. They are now all rebuilt, and waiting their turn to be sold. I currently have another pair advertised in the For Sale section. Jim V. hemi71x

    lower control arms.

Nothing. All A body LCA's from 1962-76 are the same. Sway bar mount tabs welded onto the arms for 65-72, and then 73-76 would be the only thing different, if running a front sway bar.

where to buy factory sway bar bushings?

Your not going to like hearing this, but those bushings have long been, unobtanium, obsolete, parts. Haven't been made in decades. Your not going to find them anywhere, parts store wise. Your only hope is advertise everywhere, and hope some vendor has real old stock somewhere. Good luck.

LCA Tabs - anyone make them?

You would need to find both a junk left and right LCA with mount tabs on them, as tabs are specific to the right and left side. I wish Hotchkis would repop these mounts, as i do lots of LCA rebuilding, as a little side line business, for extra income, from time to time, but Hotchkis hasn't...

LCA Tabs - anyone make them?

Hotchkis has their pictures for their tabs, mixed up in that as of theirs. The tap pictured, is for 66-69 B Body cars, and the ad is describing tabs for the 70-72 B Bodys, 70-74 E Bodys, and the tabs, also are for 73-76 A Bodys.

LCA Tabs - anyone make them?

Not to hijack the original posters thread here, but what year car would you be trying to put a 73-76 A body sway bar onto? There are 3 different sway bars for the A body cars, for numerous reasons. 1. 65-66 2. 67-72 3. 73-76

LCA Tabs - anyone make them?

75 Dart sway bar tabs are different than what the OP's 65 car uses, and are on a different location on the LCA. The op would need to find 65-72 lower control arms, with mount tabs on them, for his application, if intending to use a factory sway bar, or aftermarket bar, using the stock mount...
