Another trip to U-Pull-It Parts, cut out a used door super structure with your battery powered Sawzall. Lay it on top of your's and spot weld it in.

Shaping up the Body Work on the lower rear box sides where the Step Bumper has gouged into them, both sides.

Cleaning up rusty bumper mount bolts in a tub of vinegar. 1st overnight soak and rinse here.

I use a wire wheel on a bench grinder and they clean up well and quick. If you use vinegar or any other acid solution, you need to equalize the parts in baking soda or Bi-carb.
