Was this metal strap ever used from the factory to hold the heater hoses on Mopar A bodies? Specifically 1971 Duster 340. The ads say yes, but I haven't really seen them on any resto cars.
I just installed door panels on my Duster and I agree on the flat style clips. One note, you may need to squeeze them a little with pliers or they will be difficult to press into the holes in the door.
I am old enough to remember when Ludwig was the in thing. My friend had a butcher block kit that really boomed. Then was Tama, I think Stewart Copeland made them popular along with Paiste cymbals, not that they were not around before. My first kit was a blue sparkle Apollo from the late 60s and...
Worked for me on my 2006 Charger Daytona which has matte black stripes. It's not very abrasive, it's not like a regular compound. Use it by hand and not with a orbital polisher.
It was ordered without a radio, I am thinking ordered as a street racer or they were a cheapskate LOL. They did order the important stuff, FJ6, V24, J81..:)
Things snowballed. Originally my plan was new carpet and a heater core. Well I had new door panels I had stored for two years, and new door sills, and why not restore the kick panels, and repaint the dashboard!
Has anyone purchased the repop kick panels for Mopar A body? I am wondering what the fit and finish is like. There are not many reviews online. Thank you.
