Beautiful! So many positive things to comment on but the one thing that keeps resounding in my head is: Boy! there is a lot of upkeep there to maintain the wonderful looks. Would be a fabulous bed and breakfast.

I replaced the concrete porch out front with a wooden one. Next year, the taxes went up more than I paid for the materials! I called and I think I calming explained the situation. A new tax bill was sent and it was less than the year before. Worked for me.
