Do you have wide open throttle? What have done with the fuel system?

I have a 427 sbc in a G body, the shortblock was built Shafiroff Racing engines, 10/1 comp, AFR 220 heads, Hrc and I can guarantee you it doesn't make 650 hp. 575 maybe. I also have a 512 RB w/Indy EZ, MW port heads 10.5/1 SRC, Indy MW intake for Dommie and it might make 650-675. That's why I'm...

I'm calling BS. Especially using Speedmaster Heads. 650hp sbc is in AFR , Brodix territory.

Most of the V8 diesels Mack built went to Australia for their road train trucks, wouldn't pass emissions in the states. They have a few warehoused in Hagerstown Md. I deliver to Mack/ Volvo Powertrain almost everyday for the last 30 years. Oh, and I drive a Mack Pinnacle day cab.

I have never had an HEI module fail on any of my GM cars. But, the first time I took my 68 Cuda out the chrome box died, switched to MSD 6AL no problems in 14 yrs.

They eventually fail.

What kind of massaging of parts did you have to do? What motor mounts? It's tight, but they work.
