Yeah, off center. You could jack up opposite side to get it to drain most of it.

Next time mine is empty/apart, I’m gonna drill a hole and tap in a 1/4” NPT. (Or is that 1/8” plug?) I’ll offset it to one side to not interfere with the center when jacking.
