on my 65 valiant/barracuda, is there a replacement transmission crossmember that is already notched out for dual exhaust? one side is notched other flat or does everyone just cut the other side out? any help apprciated.
this might be posted somewhere but no luck on finding it. can some one tell me or point me in right direction on what it takes and what is needed to convert my 65 cuda from non PS to PS? thanks
thanks for the pattern. problem is the idiot went almost strait down on drivers side then back for there is not much clearance and wouldn't fix it, ill get some pics
yea by the time order it may be better off just having it done. ok ill go from there thanks. one last thing does anyone have the pattern to cut the crossmenember
so mine is this kit the rod is adjustable but according to them that rod on the booster needs cut back to the boot to function correctly and have clearance
so i got a kit to convert the front of my 65 cuda to power disk brakes. the one thing i am confused it no matter what i tried the booster and bracket for the shaft that pushes in was hitting the firewall. i called pirate jack where i got the kit and explain. He said oh you have to cut the rod...
do they make the down pipe from the factory manifolds for dual exhaust? i know the trans cross member needs modified though. had some one do it on my 65 cuds and did a terrible job. the driver side turn down from the manifold is way too low for clearance and after very little time all hangers...
the 9" ones sat back too far to hot the cylinders, i have the one side torn apart but other side is still intack. ill take some pics. i returned the 9" ones cause they didnt work but have the new 10" ones nd old ones. ill get some pics
