I have no experience with these systems, but with regards to that injector noise, personally I would find that really annoying. And unacceptable. Something else in the video I would find annoying, if this were my car, is the “hunting” of the idle speed. The guy keeps saying, “It’s learning….”...

She’s doing really well after her foot surgery, thank you for asking! The spot is still tender if/when bumped, but it’s healed enough, and she can walk well enough, that I’m going back to work on Monday (dammit!).
