Yes. Your rims go straight for a longer distance, whereas the standard wheels open up more. I went out and measured again, I may have to correct my outer diameter to 11-5/8. It is a little hard to measure because the ridge is not on the bottom edge. The ridge could be machined down a little with no loss of functionality. You are are literally "right on the edge."
