L"OH" vs L"Zero"

Something is real funny about this. Look at the date, 3/15/66. Those cars were still 18 month away before Bob Tarozzi even started gathering data in building the mule car. My earliest paperwork I have for those cars is 9/1/67 and Bob was just gathering data on different weights of cars and parts…..crazy.
