    Harbor Freight sandblasting cabinet...

Haven't read all the posts so someone else may have mentioned this.... I have added four mounting posts inside the cabinet and I stretch metal screen mesh over those posts.... Most of the blast media hits the screen before getting to the glass & that slows the media & takes away it's energy...My...

    Looking for a brilliant idea.....

If you remove the bowl screws find a phillips screwdriver that the shaft fits in the screw holes, you can apply a good bit of steady pressure with out causing any damage... Apply pressure so the shaft inside the bowl is pushing on the outer wall of the bowl & the handle of the screwdriver is...

    440 Overheating 230 degrees

Couple thoughts....While 230 is worth being concerned about modern cars don't even turn on the first fan until 220+ degrees... I can't see your fan well enough to make any assessment but a lot of fans block more are than they actually move... Have a look at a Delta Pag fan... Very minimal...

Think what you want... I attend a few car shows every year, if they are using the funds in a positive way... Especially if it's a decent venue and attending requires driving a good distance... LA engine intake gaskets: Are there any options for thinner cork gaskets for the front and rear segments?

    Is Quench Required?

As Newbomb suggested, your in the zone... But the thick gasket offers a .3 variation of DCR whereas tight quench generally is accepted to be worth .5... Is it really? I'd say the old "your results may vary" applies... But between a quench engine not needing as much timing and knowing your...
