That’s an Offenhauser 5615 manifold and has the small 273/ 318 ports. Beer, welder, milling machine and the ports can then be opened up to 340/ 360 ports…..

The OP is running boost so this manifold will flow fine. There is no pop off valve and the distributor clearance is problematic with Indy’s blower top…. A “Reverse Offset” 8-71blower will have the added 1” blower case to the front of the engine, aiding in distributor clearance….. Indy does...
