    71 340 0.30 9:1 compression 268 dur 491 lift comp cam tti headers 2 1/2 exhaust stock j heads little porting ....btw it's in demon auto wit 3:91 gears it won't pull pass 4500 rpm and pinning then, carb is 670 street avenger wit stock jetting I think that's one my problems maybe lean on jetting...

    also i shouldnt have any issue with this cam and the red mopar performance valve springs they are suppose to be able to hold up to a .500 lift cam... and the cam is .491???

    just put this cam in my 340, it has power brakes do u think there will b an issue with p brakes????

    oil filter question

    Hey I work at Napa also i use 1515 on my 340 but the 1085 and 1068 will spin on but its a tight if u got the 90 degree adapter... 1515 works the best in my opinion, no so fat.

    hughes vs mopar performance

    planning on put a cam in my 71 demon 340 10.1 comp j heads manifolds , early stock intake with 670 vac sec street avenger .. . what would be the best cam, people tell me hughes are the best and other are saying 284 484 mopar cam... but its auto and 3:91 gear. it got the 268 dur 444 lift in it...

    Looking at a 340: But What do I Look For?

    the balancer tells the truth if its steel or cast, the steel crank balancer is alot thinner and has drill marks on it front of it balancing purposes....
