don't even bother, it's like trying to have an intelligent conversation with a brick wall only with less personality and a highlighting problem. dude lives in the upside down world. i mean who picks an arbitrary year as "the year lifters went bad"? clown shoes MF'ers, that's who.

    Flat tappet failure

you know what didn't exist in 1994 1/2? forums like these. so the dissemination of information is much more prevalent today that it ever has been. that being said, if it was as endemic as people are making it out to be we'd be seeing posts about it weekly. and we aren't.

    360 street build, please critiec

i think you'll be close but fall short on the hp number. duration's fine if a little low, you could get saucy it's a stick car. or just stall it up if you wind up automatic. CL is tight, bonus. i'd want more lift for sure though and you'd probably see that 450.

    Rack and pinion steering.

that's just mustang 2 junk up front with, likely, a universal x-member on some 2x3 frame same thing can be done, and better with RMS, hemi denny or hitting up speedway, loading a cart and melting a credit card.

    Rack and pinion steering.

even then, you're still gonna be miles away from the rack pick up unless it's thru the middle of the K

    Rack and pinion steering.

if you move the rack to the front and away from your pan, you'll need to figure out how to make what you've got front steer off the spindles.

    A Body Tire Clearance

you should be good, the limiting factor is generally to the outside ie the fender lip which you don't need to worry about as much with the wheel opening on the dart sport.

    Solid Lifters?

years from now, we'll sit around the campfire with flashlights under our faces telling stories about the hideous flat tappet lifter, a specter, the boogieman under every kid's bed, the nefarious monster in the closet. *OOOOOooooooo* *flickers light switch on and off on the way out the door*
