Here's my question, I have recently bought a 1968 gts dart, The guy who slod it to me said it had the origional hubcaps on it. Here's the thing, all the hubcaps I have seen are the dogdish style and these are actuall hubcaps that cover the whole steel wheel. there old and look original but I dont know what they offered. Here's another thing, on the vin plate of this car the number for the tires and wheels should be 38 for er78/14 tires this car is stamped 39, any idea what that's all about? let me know and thanks for all your help
