Is there anyone on the board or a vendor selling template to install the factory hood scoops on the Duster and Demon? There was a member her that made some but he sold out sometime in 2013.

Right about THERE! :)

On a Demon or Dart the hood has access holes in the understructure that show where about half of the holes go. If you use those access to drill holes in the out skin, centered in the middle of the access hole, you get enough holes to locate the scoops. Once that's done you can use the scoops themselves to locate the rest of the holes. I would imagine that the pre-'73 dusters had access holes in the understructure as well?

I used a template to drill the hood for my Demon, checking against the access holes in the understructure. I'd offer up my template, but I'm planning on adding scoops to my Dart also.

All assuming you're talking about the dual hood scoops, not the later ones mguner shows.

I plan to use a piece of cardboard. Lay the scoop on it - press the studs into the cardboard, trace the scoop and cut out for placement on my hood.
That's the plan and we'll see how that works out....

Good idea. My scoops came from eBay and poor quality.
I purchased the template for hole location and didn't realize some of the studs were installed crooked. Needless to say, I had to over size most of my holes. It was a royal PIMA
You certainly get what you pay for!
