do blueprint engines have a serial # plate attached to the side of a block? I recently purchaced a 408 that was advertised as a Blueprint engine.Here is a picture of the tag.

Boy that one is old! our tags haven't said "remanufacture" for alot of years.
I do have record of that engine in our system. It was produced approx in 2005.

still running great which version is it? any idea of what components are in it?

Very impressive that Blueprint has records for engines built 13 years ago :thumbsup:

very similar to our current 408 mopar LA, only it would have hyper pistons, and it may have aluminum rockers vs the current listing.
 
Its the magnum head version runs great went high 11's
we still have a magnum head version. They honestly always impress me on the dyno, especially when mathematically the magnum head isn't exactly a barn burner. But mathematics aside, they always EASILY surpass advertised numbers.
