Show me your pro-touring Duster

-
My Duster isn't a pro-touring anything, but I've been saving pictures of pro-touring A-Bodies for some time. Unfortunately, it seems that a pro-touring Duster are few and far between. Here is what I have, most of them from this site.

BTW, there is a wicked Demon on the site as well. I must not have those pictures saved on this computer, but it shouldn't be that hard to find.

DionR that first 71 Duster looks f..n awsome. Every time I walk past my Duster I stare at it trying to imagine how it would look with the top color seperated at the bodyline and now I can see what it actually looks like. I LIKE IT. Thanks for the pic. Love the looks of those pro touring cars. Kev

I like the way these cars sit low, but I have SS springs.. IS there a way to get my wheels to tuck in the rear like that without getting rid of the SS springs and not changing pinion angle or spending alot?

Hell yea. Ive got SS's on the 71 dart with 245/60-15's and I flipped the front spring hangers. I would say that at least half the sidewall is tucked up under the fender lip.

ok kool...I have 275-60-15 tires so if i flip i might hit, no? I have one inch drop spacers on there right now and its still a little high

I'd flip the hangers without the spacers in there first to see what it looks like.

i have SS springs in the rear of my duster also. i made a set of billet steel 2" drop blocks. i'll try to post a pic of my car tonight as i am at work right now.

for those of you running the drop kit with HD springs, do you have tire rubbing problems? what size of tires are you running.

i machined some wheels spacers for mine. i had some rubbing, but it was from the shitty rubber bushings flexing. i fixed that with installing poly bushings i hope. i'll be testing it when i get her off the stands! the next step would be a panhard bar,but i am running out of room!
