PowerPipe Exhaust for slant/6

-
That might work for me. I'm not building a drag engine but I want somethin more than a stock mannyfold.

Do you think the PowerPipe dual will support 250 HP?

Is this going in the same car as the 7 1/4 sure-grip you want? What ever car that this stuff is going in is going to be a cool project;-)

I could tell you but then the black vans would pull up in front of your house.

your really gonna need some cam and compression (10:1+) to get 250hp... i should be around 210 maybe more if im lucky... will see...

Naw...I was usin that for reference as the absolute MAX it would put out(maybe includin a small shot of spray). I am trying for 1 HP per cube. I know it will be tough....but I can try, right?

i dont think that would be hard! now that i know what i know! haha aww to be able to to do-overs...

p.s. pm sent q's

Yes, it will hold all the HP you would like to run through it. Just think, at that HP you would get more out of one of the newer design’s.

Yeah. I was lookin at the long collector one. That would be nice.

I should have the early A body 170 long tube headers done this weekend if all go’s well. I will post pics next week of the new design!! Soon as we finish these, I will start the turbo design. Talk to yall later. MNM Don :yawinkle:

Do you have any pictures of the long tube design installed in a car?

What is the clearance from the header to the starter?

How far below the car do they hang?

How does it fit when using an aussie speed intake?

How much for jet coated silver?

Thanks,

Mop

regarding the DC's, any ideas on delivery cost to australia? otherwise, availability of plans, so i can get them made up locally?

i love the idea of duals running off the DC, with my twin-carb manifold running stock air cleaners - trying to make it look like it rolled off the factory like that. everyone here in Oz runs extractors because we have all the steering gear on the 'correct' side of the engine bay . . .

Well, Don, it's now April the 11th... a long time since you wrote that note in February that said: "I will post pics next week of the new design!! Soon as we finish these, I will start the turbo design. Talk to y'all later."

We are slow, but we're "O-L-D".....

What's your excuse? (I want to see that turbo header!!!!!):-D

Don,

can you explain to us how the design is in any way beneficial? Not to attack but from the look of the design I cannot see how this would flow well at all.

Can you do a 3 way Comparison

this unit on a dyno with the same morot on a dyno with a stock manifold and a competitors (such as a dutra)

I am just not getting this.

That's 'cause there's nothing to get, except a bunch of handwaving and BS. See here and threads linked from there.

Sorry I gave the car backto Charlie while mounting the collectors.

Don't know about the shipping cost on that. The PowerPipe-DC is in stock and ready for shipping tho! :thumrigh:
