I live in Friday Harbor and am looking for a shop that can clean up and check over an old Chrysler 413 and my 69'Cuda 340 . The 413 is Ugly , I have it torn down but needs tanked and inspected for rebuilding . The 340 is basicly an ugly shortblock ( gonna need lots of 69 340 parts guys ) that I need to save because #'s match the Cuda . Would appreciate if any one knows of a good shop North of Seattle to Bellingham area .

Not sure if you want to come all the way to Arlington, but Mike who owns the NAPA store in Arlington has been working on mopar stuff most of his life. His Dad use to own a mopar dealership and Mike worked there before getting into auto parts.
If he doesn't have time to do it he can most likely give you a name of someone.

He sends his machine work out, I had my block done by the guy he uses and it turned out great.

No personal experience at Action Machine in Lynnwood, but I met a guy with a gasser style Valiant with Indy head motor that had only positive things to say about them.

Larry & Jaime @ Aussie Machine has done many a motor for me and my buddies. Down in Burien/Top Hat area on Des Moines Memorial Drive. Besides Mopar, he did my 410 Super Marauder FE and is doing a very stout S/C 3.8 Buick for my wife's driver...they are a very good shop

About 3 months late of this comment, it still stands though, Action Machine/Parts is overpriced.
