automatic shut down relay. i;m having a problem putting up my schematic. the fuel pump was put into the a body tank i will get a picture of that for you. other wise you can use an external electric pump psi needs to be 35-45 psi

I would like to use as many factory parts that I can.

How did you do the fuel pump? I will get diagrams for the donor truck. What is the ASD?
Good question on the fuel pump ?
I would like to know how rapidtransitric did it also...
I know the purpose of your thread is to get it done on a tight budget.
So I would use the donor trucks in tank pump and fab it to your tank.
External after market pumps are pricey.

That is part of what I was thinking.

Cliff,
Whatever the donor vehicle is ,I can print a wiring schematic for you off my Mitchell software...

Thanks TX

hey sorry i thought i replied back to you on the asd relay thanks for picking it up tx. i;m trying to figure a way to put up my schematic as an example but everything i am doing wont take it i'll look for the picture of the fuel tank pump conversion what you do is cut the plastic tank neck area out out with about two inches of flat area around the neck then cut a hole in the a body tankon top.to accept the pump. epoxy the tank and the plastic neck flange and sandwhich them together you can either rivet or tech screw it down tight or run an external pump that will support 35-45 psi

Interesting

thats the thing to do use as much as you can from the donor. you have to replace things like your temp sensor and oil pressure sensor withe the older oil sending unit and tempurature sending unit to make your factory gauges work. all a piece of cake. after you get it up and running then we can hook up the diagnostic port. but for now just those three wires from the bulkhead connector. the rest of the wiring stays the same to run your lights ect. an important thing to remember is to make sure you have your block ground connected. i left this off on the first magnum swap. and i went nuts thinking i did something majorly wrong. get this done then you can advance to the new hemi. LOL

Been a while, actually, there is a gentleman doing this swap, step by step.U cannot recall his name. You can"search 360 flexplate".They did have a humongus thread on flexplate to converter spacing. He haa been at it at least two years, very detail oriented.Sorry on the vagueness, Cliff.

your probably talking about "old geezer's" build. but he's using mega squirt not factory efi. http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=41302&highlight=360+flexplate.

i thought this thread was to use all factory set up
