So cool! Congratulations on your accomplishments! And happy anniversary to you both.

Thank you, everyone.

Caveman look, eh? lmao!

...and congrats to all you "Long timers". Commitment works.

Congratulations Frankie. Must have missed this yesterday.

Thats awesome congrats, Something happened in the last 10 ,15 yrs I'm not sure what but I'm turning 40 this yr been with my wife 21 years and I couldn't even count the number of divorced people I know. Personaly I think people have lost the simplicity of communication (face to face) There;s no sole no passion in a text or a phone call. My favorite thing to get is a hand written letter. Thankyou for your example and inspiration,it does matter to some of us.

Congratulations to both of you Frankie. It’s great to see successful marriages these days. My Folks are celebrating their 60th this August so we will have a gathering of all the clan to celebrate.

I agree. Commitment to each other is a requirement, as is listening. It's not always smooth sailing, but, when you're not looking for "a way out" it never crosses your mind. I love Joyce now more than I ever did. It doesn't stop. This February 17th will mark 40 years from the day we met. I was 27, Joyce was 25. Speaking for myself, I knew almost immediately that I was done looking.

I hope the younger generations learn to appreciate what it REALLY means to be married, and the compromises that need to be made by both parties, to make it work. Congrats to you on a long marriage, especially after getting married so young. That's quite an achievement , itself.

60 Years! Wow! That's fabulous!

Congratulations ,Frank and Joyce! Love the picture, reminds me of simpler times. Most don't make it ,5-10 years. Shows what ,honest communication achieves.

Congratulations. That is a very respectable milestone. I'm 10 behind you, but have full intentions and expectations of reaching there too!

Congrats, Looking at the pic from 77 I assume you drove away in a van with a wicked paint job. lol
lmao...
That assumption would be correct. It was a 1976 Dodge B200, long wheelbase. It was a 318 with a 727. Yellow with black and Rust color interior.

Congrats Frankie, you and the bride make a great team!! Thanks for paving the way for us youngsters!! 24 for me!! Geof

I showed the picture to Eileen. I asked her if it reminded her of our special day. Similar picture. She just laughed and said yes love is blind. Ouch!

Congrats from both of us.
