I can't think of another group that would appreciate this picture more than this one...found this in a Hemmings article

Machelle "Maish" Neiditz's Obituary on Hartford Courant

Machelle "Maish" Neiditz, 98, of West Hartford, died peacefully with family by his side, on Thursday March 31, 1016. Born in Hartford, he was the son of Max and Esther (Nahum) Neiditz. He was a graduate of Weaver High School and Yale University, Class of 1940. He was a US Veteran of WWII having served in the Army Air Corps as a B-17 Navigator in the European Theatre of Battle. After the War he attended the Executive Training Program of Jordan Marsh. That was when the intro of a new model year was something. Every year they cars had some changes making them different and fresh. It was a new thing to see the new cars coming to town. Nowadays well everything looks the same, so no need for an introduction.
 
Wouldn't it be awesome to see a truck pull into town with a load of those.
In1965 my dad would take me to southern Chrysler Plymouth in high point, NC when they were bringing in the new cars. He would also take me when Richard Petty would come and pick up his cars to race. Stripped down and painted white.
Good memories.
