my Pro Stock style duster. Tubbed with Dana 60 w/coil overs and wheelie bars and a 440-6 motor. Love the stance of this one

I need to cover this one... It's a bad habit!
Nice one. I built stick n tissue kits years ago. Loved the 2 for the price of 1 peanut scale kits. I never flew my built up stick n tissue models. Too much time involved in building them. Looks like an early P51 by the shape of it. The structural aspect of these is one of the things that inspired me to become an aircraft mechanic. I am an aircraft tin bender by trade

Here's a scratchbuilt 36" replica of the Orca boat from the movie jaws I'm building. Anything you see on this was completely scratch built, nothing store bought. Gravel on the base is from Quints shack location on Marthas Vinyard and that's a piece of the hull from the Orca II (the sinkable boat) in the acrylic stand.

She's almost done.....

As you all can see, I got a LOT of detail into this build, and you all watched it come together, (I have to say all things considered) I am very pleased with it. Heres Daisy Duke's Jeep "Dixie" COMPLETED!!!!!!

Looks great! Where did the cool Hemi come from? Scratch built?

Thanks man! Please read the commentary Above and below the engine to see how I went about doing that, YES thats pretty much scratchbuilt! I molded the engine myself from resin plastic, as well as the heads, and then used 2 nicely chromed kit parts for the valve covers, and detailed the hell out of it! I literally made EVERYTHING you see in the engine in the back of the Jeep, but the valve covers!

The actual engine is a model I made a mold from a AMT-Ertl 426/440 block....
