I have a 65 dodge dart slant but the dart will be housing a modified 360 .All iI need is the drivers side Y shaped manifold . I was planning on using 93-95 jeep grand Cherokee 318 magnum manifold for passenger side. If I have to I with buy the 340 set but I can afford eBay prices? Anybody have these manifolds or manifold let me know and I'll see if my bugget will allow it thanks

~$400 is about the min Ive seen 340 logs for, even here. Are you running an auto and manual steering? power steering is out. Driver is standard L shape, the early 340 passenger is the "branch" unless your RHD.

He's an expert on manifolds and modifying them...

However, be aware that the 64-66 a-body engine compartment is tighter than the later ones and therefore is more limited on exhaust choices... I don't think that the 68 - 70 340 manifolds will work in that car...

They "work". I've got '68-'70HP manifolds on the 360 in my '64 dart. It has manual steering and a 4spd. It's a serious pain in the ***. In hindsight, I about wish I'd just run the early A 273 manifolds.

I know that a few FABO members run the late 60s 340 manifold on the driver's side (the 70s 340 driver's manifold is a different design) and the 96/97/98 Jeep Grand Cherokee manifold on the passenger's side. Mopar (Jeep) did make two different magnum passenger manifolds and I can post a pic of the correct one. If you buy the 360 magnum off of ebay you will pay between $40-$75 unless you can find one in the local savage yard. I have bought the correct 360 passenger's manifold for as low as $35. The 96/97/98 magnum manifold comes from the factory with a 2 1/8" exit hole which is just a little smaller than the 340. You can machine it out if you're careful. I don't know of any other large hole passenger's manifold that fits better or flows better. Be careful on ebay because unless you call the seller and verify the Hollander number you won't get the correct manifold.
You can find a 60s driver's manifold here on FABO for around $200. The least you'll pay if $150 and the most will be $275 or so.
