Looks great! I just made spam alfredo florentine over rice a couple of nights ago. It's one of my favorite recipes.

I lived in Hawaii for a while. Spam is a food group there. Part of how I developed some of my recipes for it.

my wife is chilean, they call hot dogs "completos" and they aint kidding
they put tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise (home made off course) ketchup cilantro and guacamole

Oh, the Spam thing. Boy Scout's go to. Last time I ate it didn't agree with me. I know it can never go bad. I must have cooked it improperly
