My friend Cubie sent me this text last night. He is my best friend in the World and I would trust my life to him.
As you can see from his photo, his view is from the inside of the other side of this madness.
Here is what he had to say...
“Dave, glad you guys are safe from this crazy **** and we are all well here too.
Honestly ... and I've gotten into several arguments about this...while George Floyd's death was truly unfortunate and unnecessary I CAN NOT fathom how the logic is that "we have to act a damn fool and create destruction if a white cop kills a black person.”
But if black people senselessly murder other black people...which happens 100x more often...then that's OK and we let it pass.
Nobody is rioting at the gangs and drug dealers front doors, but all this mess gets everyone riled up. All I can say is black lives don't matter to blacks!!!

No way, not ever will i ever wear sandals. Barefoot on the beach, but never too far from a pair of shoes. A couple injuries as a kid,and there is a built in phobia.

Cubie is a living example that the color of skin is irrelevant...it’s the content of character that’s important. We share the same thoughts and feelings and never has either one of given a **** about who has the better tan in Winter. He calls me Family and I call him the same.

My left eye is still fubar. It started changing in the past couple of days and I think it’s because it’s healing, but the new version of warped ice cube vision is giving me severe eye strain head aches.
I finally broke down and ordered an eye patch to cover it while it heals so I can avoid the headaches.
Should be here Friday..after that...just say Arrrgh Matey!
