Door Swapping

-
watch the lock button location I don't know if it was 68 and up or 69 and up that has the lock button moved forward as compared to 67 which are all the way to the rear of the door

I'm most worried about the style lines matching up. And door panels, arm rests...
,

I can't say ya or nay, but I learned a valuable lesson... I was under the impression that 67 to 76 Dart front fenders were the same ( except for marker light holes and trim holes) well turns out they are not. the style lines match BUT there are other differences. like front headlight bucket etc. proceed with caution

69 they moved the lock knob forward. Otherwise everything should be the same as 68. 67 is completely different animal in regards to vent window.

Can a guy use 70-72 Dart doors on a 1968 Dart?
As a whole door, and keeping within the same body style (2drHT I presume?) the '67-72 doors will interchange. The differences will the interior lock knob location (and it's related internal linkage pieces), exterior moldings, door panel pattern, and in the case of the '67, window crank, arm rest base, and pad. Now, if you start adding convertible models to the mix, there are a few other items including the door glass, and vent frames (vent glass is the same). Keep in mind that there is both clear and tinted glass all those years if you're looking to match what you have. If your car is a 4dr, the interchange is '67-76 with the same notes as the 2drHT plus a few other minor items.
