Looks nice!
This is my unrestored 64 black on red with a white top to maybe help with your top color decision.

Got the interior and exterior windshield chrome in, rear view mirror and sunvisors, right side door latches, rear trunk seal, sill plates, and set the rear seat and side in just for fun, still need to install the regulators and glass.

Just got my front kick panels that allow 5 1/4 speakers, debating on leaving them black, or find a spay can of the red and paint to match.

I'd go with Red speaker panels with black speaker covers. Maybe silver covers with a chrome ring around the edge to match the dash bezels. Not a white top because I think if you had white on the interior it would be ok, but there's no other white. It would stand out too much. Black top with a red cover when it's down. Just some thoughts, that's all.

Got the wife and daughter to help set the engine in, going to go with the commando valve covers, put one of each on.

Got the tranny installed last night, just need to find what the po did with the converter and crossmember bolts. But feels good to have the big items back where they belong! Don't worry, there is wood on the jack!

Took off the red painted exhaust manifold and cleaned up a spare set and painted them to swap them out. Left side will get done tomorrow.

It's comin right along! Lookin great!

Yup, leaving the valve covers un-bolted until I get the engine oil primed!

No, bought if off ebay with the speakers, But I have a few set of Focal speakers I will use. The seller sold as fitting, but it didn't, so I sent the first bracket back with my original bracket and he made me a new one.

Got the lift pump and cylinders installed, just need to swap the connectors, then FedEx showed up with my 10" underseat powered subwoofer, fits nicely!

I really like the subwoofer. That's mega low profile.
It really fills in the sound, with the modified stock radio i kinda laugh at how good it sounds coming out of an "AM" radio. I just ordered some 5.25 speakers to go in the kick panels. Once the exhaust arrives then I can finally fire her up and move on to brakes, hope get her done in time for our mopar fall fling.

I caint imagine mine sounding any better. It could be louder I am sure but the sound quality is badass. All I have are two 6x9s on the rear deck and 2 3.5s in the dash.
