Stop in for a cup of coffee

Cummins engine plant and angus beef, interesting for sure, nice work.
Plus all the politics. They asked us the other day how many people we thought might show, we have no idea. With funeral restrictions lifted on April 2, and having not had one for my grandmother last year due to Covid, it could be 20 people, it could be 200 or a thousand. He was so heavily involved in so many groups that it’s impossible to say. I know there’s been 603 people share that obit on Facebook alone.

I can understand why you looked up to him. He was a good man.

Only got my apple trees in, Gala’s. The others sold out and I was too far down the order list. But I got those two. I’m trying to find a Granny Smith to go with them because supposedly they feed off each other’s pollen and grow bigger, better tasting apples

We’re pretty close to the same latitude so I’m guessing what would grow here will grow for you too

I got my irrigation in for my leyland cypress and excelsa cedars, then thought "why didn't I mulch first"? Will have to add later inside and outside the jets/water line, doh! I have last years mulch down but need to add more.

If you need drip irrigation tubing I have a big roll of 5/8 still from the hops. Works well.

Thanks Ray, don't need now but who knows what I'll be doing in the garden when it goes in. Usually just put a rain bird out there but dunno, will keep that in mind.

That’s one thing I need to figure out, irrigation.

Good morning :D

I'm back at working on the turntable, what I fixed yesterday wasn't the only problem. Lots of small parts, I'm sure I'll break something lol!

We are thinking about giving the daughter a acre to build on between the sand mound (septic) and the well its over 18K!

Good morning c\_/. Got one of those "Is it good luck or bad luck?" situations. Wife has a sister than lives in Texas (about 200 miles away) and a twin brother that lives in the low country of SC (about 300 miles away). They haven't all been together since the oldest sister passed away about 8 years ago. So the Texas sister and husband arrive at our local airport about 6 tomorrow evening. Ofcourse the twin brother and his wife will drive up, be here by 10:00. Much more extended family arrive Friday or Saturday. At this point I really dont know how many tents and campers will be in my back yard. Anyway... The wife and I have put off going for a covid shot but decided that we should geter done. Two grocery store pharmacies put us on a waiting list. I called the doctors office yesterday morning and was told "Both of you be here at 1:00 Tuesday. We have the Johnson and Johnson single shot." Turned on the TV this morning to learn that distribution of the J&J shot has been suspended. First thought was GRRRRR. First c\_/ and second thought, Certainly dont want wife to get a blood clot. Oh well, I did get to see the pic A56 posted above :) Yall have a great day

Good morning everyone, sounds like one hell of a man Chris. Calling for rain and snow the rest of the week here. Need to fill my thermos and head to the patch. 17 left.

Red, I agree wouldn't want anything to happen to my bride either. I wonder though, the clots have occurred with six women out of 6.8 million J&J doses given. A common with them is they had low blood platelets. I hope they figure it out soon. Underlying conditions reactions occur with any vaccine.
