Sorry, I had to post it.

Same dude who does disc to drum conversions, hates electronic ignition, and shops in the hardware store plumbing section for fuel hose.

Bet I can’t guess what his take is.

Yeah he doesn't know anything about fuel injection...hell read up on it on Google for 10 minutes then make a video regurgitating what he thinks he remembers from the read.

Look guys, Tony is decent old mechanic and above average scrounger. But pretty much everything relevant that he says about hopping up old Mopars is regurgitated to the best of his memory from the old Direct Connection performance papers. If you don't care to watch him for entertainment, you can pick up a copy of the big Direct Connection Performance book and read it for yourself.

No he's not he's a con man he parts out cars that's his knowledge. If Tony ever had a decent motor he sold it to pay his rent that's how much he cares about high performance. That's why he doesn't have the original 383 in that 68 Runner and why he has a 73 340 Plymouth the moist undesirable cheap not worth anything junk is what he hangs on to and glorifies. Lets not be a fluffer for the guy ok...?

I'm not a UTG fan but bet he's got a better automotive resume than you.

Well guys, I wish I had a lot of his knowledge, if y'all think I don't use old 318s, 360s and and now on a 75 400 big block, but I had a 340 that came out of a 73 Challenger, but yes, I sold it and used that money to buy a bald Eagle barn garage after I was lifted this fine lady Victoria, so that's when I stated updates in my new garage, dual pot master cylinder then
Tore into my 170 /6 and pulled the head, cut 2000th off it and enjoyed this engine for 6 years after driving it with the pea shooter on it.
Cant trash the man at all, live and let live, and keep on moving

He's a schmoe with a monetized YouTube channel. Accurate information isn't the point—clicks are.
Yup agree that he's good at. But he lies, says "when I was a pro mechanic" he never was it's an insult to pro mechanics LOL! Thats why I will always chime in when someone praises his abilities as a wrench. It's somewhat quiet now but do you know how many guys parroted Tonys "318s are a performance engine" nonsense? he never proved it and neither did Andy Wood and Vizard et al. Tony is like most of em if you watch and listen long enough you catch on to the schtick...most here will get up and go out in the garage and work on their own stuff instead of watching Tony all afternoon.

One thing I will say, there is more good information here on this site

Agreed....collectively these F*BO sites have pretty much all the information you could ever need or digest in a lifetime.

UTG is the Donald Trump of FABO. Those that love him can't wait for the next video, those that hate on him cannot find a reason to live another hour on earth because of his next video... and walking away without looking is NOT an option LOL

What I have learned is the ole' myth on woman chats and how 3 girls cannot hang out together because there has to be gossip and odd person out, is that men are actually worse. And it's not even close.

:)

Yep Tony yeah you could do what he says and achieve similar results. Anyone remember how he drilled the right rear shock so the body would dip on launch like it had some torque? all smoke and mirrors things a school kid would do to a 17 second car.
