Stop in for a cup of coffee

I need to find a "wind chill" chart so I can express the real time temp for this time of year around here . 70 with 30mph gusts don't feel like 70
Actually....
Found this calculator. At 70F it barley makes a difference. 72 is pretty much break even. Above that, wind makes it feel warmer.

Our weather people here have changed the terminology from wind chill to "feels like". Makes more sense when it's 73° and windy.

Gary Scelzi's kid, Dominic was 9th in the feature last night with the winged sprints. I didn't see Kyle Larson in the results, must have been traveling to NASCAR. He won that sprint car show in Tulare the other night. Tulare being just a ways north of Bakersfield where they raced last night.

How hard to find that mirror, I like it!
They are all over the internet, used and re-pops. I happened to find "one left" at Summit It was $30 less than everybody else. I hope because it was the last one that it isn't the one that has been returned defective a half dozen times! :BangHead:

That Kubota High Limit sprint car show. Kubota got some serious $$ goin' on there.
Thats right, you are there for these races
Hope you are not as old as I , but do you remember a fellow by the name Bugs Mccensy..not sure of the spelling.. he was a dominating driver in the 80es, I tried out for a push truck at our track 30 years ago in my whight 72 dodge D100 flat bed, he pick me out of the 6 trucks picked at the track, they sure flew, and feel like an Air plain the wind they pick up.

Fun times

Long ago we used to get the World of Outlaws here on their west coast adventure, but it's been a while. I think the $$ weren't right for them to stop by.

PS ... The push truck thing looks like fun to me. Numerous times the thought of building some sort of unconventional push truck has come to mind

Good morning crew. Not a bad morning here. We are taking a drive to the Boyertown museum of historic vehicles today. I’ve been wanting to get to this place for awhile now.
