Good job, waggin. I think I know who Mr-Holier-Than-Thou is. This site doesn't need his kind of elitist attitude. He's nothing but a "keyboard warrior". I could see his attitude in his writing, but since he didn't know when to stop..... Hasta la vista, baby!!! Good riddance. Don't let the door hit ya in the @$$ on yer way out.

Is there anyone who hasn't heard of spell checkers ?
Could misspelled words be a gimmick ?
Ask the good folks at Krispy Kreme if they use a spell checker.

There is a reason behind the spelling errors and "shade tree" like statements on my website. There is a reason behind slut0bar in my email address also. If you need explanations, ask in a pm.

For waggin and this topic..
I've been one of five ops ( modetators ) in a file sharing hub for nearly seven years. Dealt my share of temp bans and perm bans to jerks too.
The only "joy" I found in that duty is when I found someone with kiddie ****, etc.. on their pc.
Their ip address is reported to the authorities faster than they can get booted up again. Yeah I crashed it. LOL
If you could do that here you could say "Yeah my bot has a Hemi" :)
 
Hey, I think I have one of those keyboards that doesn't know how to spell. Maybe I should sell my Mopars, quit FABO, and go back to grammer school. Naw, maybe not.
Well handled Waggs, and thanks for doing one of the most thankless jobs around - moderating. Keep up the great work.

most sites aren't as strict as this one. one of the reasons I like it here, everybody try's to be cool

I do have experiences untold, though without a spell checker I could misspell, mispell.

WOW waggin! You certainly deserve the title "moderat"or. From reading the posts you handled the situation tactfully, and gave the user the option of growing up and coming back, or leaving. Thanks for looking after us knuckle-dragging Mopar goofs.

As for the the jerk that was Banned I do have tiny spell "thank you onehellofadart Tony" and it's hard to decipher witch word is correct.
It may take me 15 minutes to right a reply but I try and get it right.

Some folks are so self absorbed and think they know it all and has an excuse for everything.
This site has took me from a very bad reader and understanding what has been wrote in a post to a proud person that me and my family is proud of.

I was on chat that night, and chat was going normally, even at first with this guy, then he started with insinuations that soon became personal assaults. He was warned by a couple members that he was over the line, but continued, anyway.

He had joined over a year ago, and contributed 9 posts over that period, a real hero here, and about half of them were negative. He is a grown adult, no young gun with an attitude. Fully concious of the reactions to his assualts, he continued to abuse the other chat members.

Thank you Curtis, for alleviating the future of FABO from this self-titled intelligent human, we will all be able to continue on without worry of his superior attitude. Not everyone who owns a Mopar has the same background. It is a big country, very diverse, and FABO accepts everyone.

Thanks for a great site!

Boy after reading this thread and finding out that Waggin Wacked that poor misguided sole for being an SOB, even though he's figgered he was just "misunderstood", now I'm worried. You see I was Raggin on Waggin (I'm on a roll) about his sentence structure just a month ago but I guess since I was just joking around Waggin chose to not Wack me. Judging from this guys response to being Wacked (with extreme predjudice) he obviously is one of those most hated individuals that goes through life constantly screwing up and alienating the people around him then turning around and blaming everyone but himself for being an SOB. I hate those people. Believe it or not I actually got "into it" with a member a year or so ago and got Wacked, but being the person that I am, I admitted that I had screwed up and apologized to the forum members. Over the years one of the things I've used to judge people by is whether or not they can admit their screwups and even better not repeat them. Anyway you did good Waggin and keep up the good work now get back to work.:-D:read2:
 
Sheesh. I've been a moderator on various internet forums over the years, and this kind of childish rant is par for the course. The job of moderator is not mostly traffic cop. There's some of that, but it's mostly more like being a janitor, using the mop and bucket to clean up vomit, feces, and shoe scuffs left by people who have no qualm about making messes for others to clean up. Of course, when the messmakers are held to account they usually start pointing fingers and blaming everyone but themselves. Good on you for standing your ground. Thanks for keeping this forum running smoothly.

(And what exactly was the point of the child's hystrionic little "I'm going to sell my Mopar!" temper tantrum? What'd he expect, a moderator to go "Oh no, please don't! I'm sorry, I didn't mean it! Please come back! Please don't go!"???)
 
The bad apples always seem to weed them selfs out around here. I like it here and think I will keep my Mopars around and have some fun.

I haven't been a member all that long and don't post much (I mostly read) but this is a great site............Excellent job Waggin!!
