Well, you have to create a windows live ID and a Bing cashback account. It is not necessary to have a msn or hotmail address to create either account. Just search for create bing cashback account. After your account is created you will need to go to bing.com and click on the shopping tab on the left hand side. Then sign into your account at the top right page. You can do a search for something, lets say tires, all of the results that have cashback will have a gold coin next to them indicating their percentage of cashback. Also, the bing engine in the shopping section has a list of stores, click on the store, as long as you are signed in, and make a purchase, you will receive your cashback within 60 days via Paypal or check etc. It is easy, so far this year, I have received $344.00 cash back sent to my paypal acount. Sometimes using the search engine yields a higher cashback amount than listed in the bing store listing. I received 13.4% cashback on a laptop form tigerdirect.com by doing a search for PC Parts, although the bing store listings only showed an 8% cash back. Discounttiredirect.com is currently 10%. These cashback amounts change quite frequently especially ebay and walmart etc. Hope this helps!
