In Canada most cops leave hot rod guys alone on loud exsaust or side exit.Thinking of higher end bottles with stainless low profile 8" tappered tips.with 2 1/2 " system.Need to here from guys with experience in this.

Its a 1972 duster 727 trany stock,8 3/4 sure grip 3.23.Not a racer wife needs to drive this car.mild cam will do.Want to daily drive this in the good months approx 6 months of the year here in canada.

The 360 motor im using has J heads with 2.02 valves stock HP exsaust manifolds elderbrock intake manifold with 750 carb.looking for right cam and lifter set new.not racing this car has 3.23 gears.looking to maximize what I have without being too lumpy as my wife will be driving this car too...

Yes my A body 318 manifolds are very close port size to my 360 heads and have a 2" outside to the exsaust pipe.This is only going to be a street cruiser,but still want a little snap from time to time.

I have a set of 318 A body maniflolds .looks like the ports are same size as ports on my 360 heads.the center ports on the 360 are 1/8 wider,so I think I will take my die grinder and port my manifolds a little.also looks like 2" outside diameter to the exsaust pipe.Any thoughts?
