Absolutely right about the massaging of a set of headers, don't think I've ever installed any that didn't need a little persuading. Using a stock K and PS,at $325 for raw finish on the Dougs I can "dent or modify" a bit without feeling to much pain lol!

I had a similar problem, all lights were pulsing, changed VR and Alt, cleaned the grounds, took VR mount off remounted with star washers, still pulsed, I just put a Barracuda dash in the car, so I went through all that wiring, the bulk head was cleaned up well before reinstalling, found nothing...
