Just finished installing them. Huge difference in idle quality. Little to no noise. Only drove it around the block so far. Have not noticed a loss or gain in power. Really helps stopped at a light in gear. No more shaking. Very pleased so far.

How much compression would be too much to run the Rhoads?

9 to 1 with a fresh set of stock J heads, performer rpm and an Edelbrock 650.

Thank you for your help. The tach has a plastic housing and one of the mounting points has a wire to it. Grounded and it works perfectly

There are only the 2 wires. Both seem to be connected well

I have been running a skip white hei distributor for a year now with no issues in my 69 barracuda. I purchased an in dash tach from year one and decided to test it before pulling the cluster out. Hooking it up the way it says 12v source and neg side of coil output I get no reading on the tach. HELP

Just looked on the B body forum and several have been sold for $200 that are not in as good shape as mine. So $200 plus shipping. I have a couple pics I can email to anyone interested.

I have no idea what it's worth. I see similar on eBay for $300 to $400. Don't know how to upload pics from my iPad. It is in pretty good shape with all the vacuum lines still attached. Thanks, Adam
