Selling my old Snap-On top box after 20+ years of using it.
Drawers still slide open and shut easily, lid and door close-have original lock, just not in it at the moment.
Showing it's years of use, but still a good solid Snap-On box.

First guess worn or missing bushings, broken or missing retainer for bushings; possibly pivots loose at block/bellhousing and inner fender; pivot torn through sheet metal if the brace for it is not on the inner fender....
While it's not something I would have done (or honestly even considered) it's too bad the haters can't stop long enough to consider the time/thought/engineering skills and knowledge required to pull this off. And on top of that, to end up with a reliable, apparently fun to drive car.

Those are aftermarket residual pressure valves. Supposedly, they improve braking performance by keeping pressures up in the system- less pedal effort, etc. if you believe the advertising...

Good old fashioned hot toddy- 1-2 tbsps whiskey, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1-2 tbsps honey in a coffee cup, fill with water and microwave until hot. Sip until it's gone and you'll sleep like a baby...
Might take a close look at the distributor cap for small cracks or carbon tracking-either one shows itself more in high humidity or rainy weather. Just a thought...
