    Redneck Leak Detector

If he's not careful with that trigger finger he could cause some more problems. Smoke machines put out 1- 3 psi. I'm willing to be he's putting a lot more than that through it with his air gun.

So water from the hood drips into the plug holes, makes its way past the threads into the combustion chamber?

    Radiator overheating problems F-150

The triton head problems have been greatly exaggerated. The first problem was part of the spark plug breaking off in the head due to carbon buildup. Sounds like a disaster, doesn't it? Not really, though. Go get Lisle plug extractor (about 100 bucks) and 20-30 minutes later you're good to go...

    Dodge stratus

It will definitely not be a small job, for sure. You'll have to swap the pcm and wiring harness with the new engine. You might not have to swap the tranny, but you probably will along with it's tcm. The deal breaker will be the CAN bus communication systems. If they both use the same system...

    Nissan Pathfinder Brake problem

Wheel cylinders = 20-30 bucks for 2 and less than 100 bucks installed. ABS module = 250-500 used (if you can find one) or 1000-2000 new and probably over 200 bucks installation... just sayin

    Nissan Pathfinder Brake problem

I'm sorry if I stepped on your toes. It wasn't intended. I wasn't trying to say the shop your car is at is incompetent. I reread my post and I'll admit it was quite easy to interpret it that way.

    Nissan Pathfinder Brake problem

it really doesn't sound like abs to me, either. The only ways I can think of that an abs module would do this is if a check ball was stuck inside the hydraulic part of the module or a solenoid is stuck on. neither one of these problems would change if you unplugged the module. If I was you I...

    Nissan Pathfinder Brake problem

"When they unplug the anti-lock brake module, the brakes work fine." Why can't you just leave the abs module unplugged? You would have regular brakes like back in the day. It could also be your wheel cylinders sucking in air.
