My first was a new 1967 Dodge Dart, slant six/auto in a medium green w/black interior!
next was a 1972 Sat. Sebring Plus
then a Duster 340....
...on and on,
Now a '73 scamp and a '71 scamp; 340 b&s'd to 408, 727, Currie 9" narrowed to 48" Nodular w/4:10's and a detroit locker, Altercation...
I have the same set up on the front of my '71 and love it w/the exception of I have the M2 manual rack & pinion. And it has a much firmer feeling, so much easier with the long tubes.
Thanks to Bill, (RMS) he is more than willing to listen to what you want and get you what you need w/o trying to...
I again THANK eveyone for their opinons and links for alternative options.
This is a great site with valuable info provided WITH OUT the degrading comment a person can recieve on 'other' Forums.
Also why I popped for the Gold Membership to suppot this site !!!
Thank All of you !!!
Ken
Has anyone dealt with Magnum Force Suspentions?
I've been looking at there front Coil Over Tubular conversion, a bit costly but it does look like it is well made.
Any info or thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks
Ken
I like this because it can be confusing....
Front looks like a 70-71, No pointey nose but the doors have the one Piece Windows without the wing windows. looks much cleaner !!!!
I got the hood, grill, filler pc and bumper for about 150... parts can be found.
Here is a pic of my '74 with a '71 grill sitting in place, no problem at all.
Just need the lower piece (white pc) at the bottom.
I also put on a '71 hood and bumper, just didn't like the 'peak' look of the '73 and up.
I need a right, passenger side, bumper mounting bracket for a 74 Plymouth Scamp with a 71 Duster front. 'Driver quality' is fine, some surface rust is OK as long as it isn't pitted or bent.
Thanks,
Ken
In need of a right side, Passenger side, bumper mounting bracket for a Plymouth Scamp, Duster. It is a 74 scamp with duster front.
Doesn't need to be perfect, surface rust ok as long as it is not pitted or bent, driver quality is fine.
Thanks,
Ken
