The only main reason i want manual steering over power is because i can get a new/reman box a lot cheaper, but if i can get all the powered components for a similar price and a column to go along with it i'd be just fine with that. Not too worried about the drag from one on the motor

So my current plan is to do a 408 stroker 360, 727 torqueflite or possible a manual (i can't remember the name of the one that's super strong and i was planning on getting), manual steering and lots of fiberglass for the parts i don't have. Like i said it currently is just a body, just a shell...
