I recently noticed a drip of fuel from what looks like plug at the bottom front of the float bowl of my AVS. I've heard Jamie from Dead Dodge Garage mention such a leak, but he never really talked about it in any of the videos that I've seen. This would explain the float bowl being empty sooner...

we are talking - looking in the rearview mirror after a shift to see if there is anything laying on the street hard shifts though.

I don't know a lot about automatics in our cars. Mostly because all my years owning an a body nothing ever went wrong with my transmissions. I have bought a 67 Barracuda with a 383 and a 727. It shifts fine manually, but in drive it shifts very early and very harsh, like maybe a lot of overlap...

Does anyone know if there is a replacement stainless piece available that join the two curved mylar lock strips at the bottom of the fastback glass? My ill fitting piece finally decided not to hold on any longer. Thanks

413 is right. after checking it out a little closer it is a thin vinyl. Turns out that the previous owner painted over the tan, but its all kind of splotchy. how would you go about prepping the vinyl without ruining it? would a dye work now over what is paint?

I recently had a new end welded on my 8-3/4 at Moser. I had them press the new bearings on at the same time (not green bearings). i had noticed there seemed to be a ready sleeve where the seal rides. There is also front to back play besides up and down. Green bearings will have the same issue. I am thinking new housing from Dr. Diff. , but his website says they're out of stock. I emailed him to ask a few questions and haven't heard back. Any thoughts on finding a good used one? I found one...
