Believe this correct, as years back, had both Hooker & Hedman W-2 headers. #2 may be a Hamburger torrington cam plate for a small block, and the aluminum spacer may be the spacer used for cam bolt and cupped washer without fuel pump eccentric.

Edelbrock Perf RPM head requires a 14mm x 3/4" reach plug. XR4 & 5 are short reach plugs. 4 is hotter than 5. 10.5 compression with 600 hp should probably be in a 5 or 6 heat range depending on fuel type and quality. Maybe colder yet? Some NGK numbers to look at would be FR, or GR series...

Common problem? Place where I dyno at uses a reamer on all Mopar pilot bushings that he installs. Don't know the size...

I have a set of the Mr. Gasket version of the same valve cover. Work good. Better quality than expected. Provided adequate rocker clearance on 6.4 heads. Have to torque them for install!

Some KB pistons are listed as +6.0cc flat top which is 'out of the hole', just as early 340's. With block zero decked, are your aluminum heads full diameter chambered, like stock head? or or small chambered, like many aftermarket heads. Could have insufficient piston to head clearance! At 11:1...
